2009 National Conferences
AAPC will host one national conference in 2009. The 2009 conference is April 5-8 in Las Vegas, NV at the Rio Suites hotel.
Attendance
The 2008 national conferences in Anaheim, California, and Orlando, Florida, hosted slightly under 3,000 people. Attendees consist of health care professionals representing clinics, facilities, payers, physicians, educators and consulting firms. AAPC members and conference attendees rely on current information, products and services to remain on the cutting edge with the rapidly growing coding environment.

Exhibiting Details
The National conference offers over 9.5 hours of exhibiting time for your company to meet with conference attendees. The exhibitor reception and scheduled meals are all provided directly in the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to visit with each of the exhibiting representatives.
Exhibit booth packages are available for companies who are interested in exhibiting at the 2009 AAPC national conference. A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available.

As an exhibitor you will meet facility decision makers who have purchasing power for their respective companies. You will have their undivided attention as you demonstrate your product(s) and service(s). Each 10' x 10' exhibit booth space is priced at $3,000 and includes:
- Two exhibitor name badges
- One complimentary registration to all of the educational sessions
- Additional exhibitors may attend educational sessions for a reduced rate of $300
- One six foot table, two standard chairs, and waste basket
- Admission to all general sessions and the keynote presentation
